I have cancelled order no. 2500997280? of LG 32LB5820 32 Inches Full HD Smart LED Television Suborder Number-3400150729, Paid Amount : Rs. 33050 through Citibank Credit Card. on 26 July 14, I opted EMI because I had financial crunch and didn’t wanted to make payment in one go. However I am surprised I have been charged EMI on cancelled product, I couldn’t check the credit card statement as I was not well. i want to bring to your notice about the unfair trade practices that these online shopping sites are doing.

I want SNAPDEAL to compensate me for this immediately, this should also be made public, also Govt should check the accounts and check if they are cheating other innocent customers like me.
