I had done a Paytm cash transfer of Rs 200, initiated on 17/03/2015 vide Paytm Cash Txn ID EB8F5C 036B5A50A4 to my friend bidrohi1986 banerjee@ gmail.com. The transaction is still showing as pending. I had requested Paytm to either complete the transfer or cancel the transaction and credit back the money to my account. I have been following up regulalry with Paytm and time and again have been given false and misleading mails that matter has been resolved, but the transfer is still showing as pending. would like to have refund of my Rs 200. Though the amount is relatively small, the harassment has been tremendous and service standards very poor. No response at all from Paytm and any response received was false and misleading with false promises of resolution. Repeated mails to Grievance Officer of Paytm and Service Delivery Head were also not responded to and this rather simple matter has been dangling on since 17th March 2015
