Bill payment of Airtel mobile No. 9717598185, Rs. 1058 as on 25.02.15 vide paytm order no. 773404792 (Ticket # 105021980) Payment failed accordingly amount shall be refunded in paytm wallet but not showing. I have been written number of mails to care@paytm.com for the same but still not resolved the problem.

I want to refund my amount Rs. 1058. Despite Several Reminders sent to the RBI to make Common Transaction / Authorization Code, nothing is moving. Why can’t the Banking System make this easier for consumers ?
