Sony XPeria Mobile Service – Review

Job Number W115020501417 is booked for battery changed and software update on 5 feb, 2015. on 24 feb, 2015, i went there and deposited my phone for service clearly saying i need my contact Back up only. The receptionist checked my phone & told me that your SIM memory is full, so your all contact is in your SIM itself. so when you reinsert your SIM, it will come automatically. After two hour, i returned back to collect my phone than they told that they could not changed battery because new battery is not working, so only software update is done, so come again after 2 days for battery change. i inserted my SIM in phone, Bingo No contact was there. when i asked about contact they told, Keeping back up is not comes in service. So i lost my all valuable contacts and one precious day for battery change.

I want my financial loss & fine should impose to them as per consumer Norm. i also wanted to check how they bill & originality of parts replaced.
