A Request for recharge was made on 05/10/2014 , money was debited from the bank yet recharge was not successful. The paytm shows that recharge was successful but it did not happened till now, neither the paytm was credited back with same amount of moneyi n the paytm account. In all my queries , i was told that the error would be rectified within 48 hours…it have been almost 5 days now and no action has been taken. I request you to look into the matter and sort it out.
