I had ordered 2 powerbanks [MI 10400 mAh Power Bank With Free Micro USB Cable And Charger Extension Robo (Silver)] on May 13,2015 from paytm [Order# 962805926]. On May 19,2015 I had received my order. But unfortunately there was only one powerbank instead of two. So next day I sent a mail to paytm regarding this matter. They asked for 48-72 hours then. But I didn’t get any reply after the said time from them. So on May 23, 2015 again I had sent a mail to them. And again they gave me a time of 48-72 hours. Unfortunately this time also I didn’t get any update about my product. On May 27,2015 I had given a call to them. There I was told that due to some problem with the seller [Seller Name: Laxmi Enterprise] they were unable to send me my product. So within 48 hours I’ll get my money back. I agreed with them. But I didn’t get my money back within the given time span. So on May 29,2015 again I called them and again I was asked to wait for 24 hours. But the result was null. I called them on May 31,2015. But I didn’t get any positive outcome from them. Till date I’ve spent near about 200 rupees for calling them [as they do not have any toll-free customer care number], but didn’t get my 648 rupees back.
It has been 20 days that my money is held by them. So I need the actual price of the product, along with my mobile expenses for calling them and compensation for my mental harassment.
