Dear Sir/Madam, Herewith, I am making a complain regarding withdrawal of money from my State Bank of India (SBI) account by making a clone copy of my ATM. Somebody has withdrew 37000 INR from my SBI account no 3083058xxx using cloned ATM in Delhi. This incident was happened on 22 May, 2015. I checked the bank statement and noticed that money was withdrew by someone in Delhi from ATM no. 59316 and 59317 located in Mandwali Village, New Delhi. I have been studying in Lucknow and I am having my own ATM card and I never leaked any information. I tried to complain to local SBI (Rath, Hamirpur UP) branch but they didn’t take this issue seriously and told me that I should go to Delhi to make a FIR. Later on after talking to higher authority SBI Rath filed my complain online with the complain no: CS20618458172. But so far there is no proper action has been taken. SBI Rath are saying I should go to Delhi and make a FIR. I also tried to make a FIR in cyber crime branch of Lucknow but they told me its not a case of cyber crime so I have to make a general FIR at Aliganj, Lucknow (FIR no. 0217/15). Its already more then 10 days and there is no progress and nobody taking it seriously so I suspect that all of these members are somehow have some connections with the culprit. so they are trying to dilute this matter. so I would request you kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful investigations as soon as possible Thanking you With regards Anjali Gupta

(1) Bank must take a proper action with the help of police and punish the culprit and pay back all the money (37000 INR) that has been withdrew by the culprit (2) Compensation for the mental harassment (3) compensation for the in-responsive behavior of the police and SBI Rath (4) Compensation for my studies and exams
