I have ordered External HardDisk from PayTM. My Order number # 629424467 (Javas deliver service my order Tracking ID:UNIPAYP774988) is not delivered,i am ordered this one on 22,oct 2014,paytm send mail as order is delivered on 27 oct 2014. i am not received this order from paytm or javas. i will gave compliant to payTM on 28,oct 2014 payTM creating PayTm complaint Ticket number Number is #103411629. that day payTM reply message is : This is paytm system problem your order is delivered with in 5-7 days.i am wait 9 days,after that, i am again mail to paytm care on 09,Nov 2014 then payTM generating another Ticket Number is #103590975,that day payTM care replay with in 24-48 hour your problem is solved. i am waiting 3 days. but not solve my problem,They are not given any status of that problem. On 11,Nov 2014 call to PaYTm customer care service 09999391xxx they said is paytm problem,They are asking you want product or money,I am giving answer ,I want product(hard disk). They told that with in 24 hours reorder you product(hard disk) .i am wait 5 days.They are not changing status of product or not reorder .I am again mail to payTM care on 20 Nov 2014, they are generating another ticket #103767758.They are not solve my problem.
