Dear Sir, On 28th Dec ’13 my order no 181983622 was failed but my bank account was debited and the amount of Rs. 11 was added in my paytm cash. I transferred it to my bank account successfully. But today dated 19 Jan’ 23 was days over. Bank has not received any reverse request from paytm. My Registered mobile number + contact number: 9804988415 Thanks, AJOY MALICK
