Paytm – order was failed not refunding money

Dear Sir, On 28th Dec ’13 my order no 181983622 was failed but my bank account was debited and the amount of Rs. 11 was added in my paytm cash. I transferred it to my bank account successfully. But today dated 19 Jan’ 23 was days over. Bank has not received any reverse request from paytm. My Registered mobile number + contact number: 9804988415 Thanks, AJOY MALICK

If INR 11.00 will add in my bank account from which I charged.
