Telecom – account balance was deducted without information

i subscribed for a internet data pack for rs 103 and got data bonus of 300 mb. On 9 jan late night my account balance was deducted with rs 146. i talked to the customer care next day and he informed me that my data pack expired and so you were charged 146 rs for 88 mb data surfing.But when i checked the balance, it showed that 0.01mb data is left(supporting document attached) I received the message that your data pack expired after my balance was deducted. So i was not informed properly and also i was not asked whether i want to continue the services at that rate.

i want that the money deducted from my account without information should be refunded and appropriate penalty should be imposed, so that the company or its employees do not resort to such restrictive trade practices.
