I ordered product dell inspiron 3542(Core i34005u 4rt gen/4gb/500gb/15.6 inch) from Paytm my order no is 814096249. I buy product on 20 march then I get defective product,after that I complaint for return and refund, my amount. according to they are return policy, but are just send mail for pick up but still I am not getting call from curier service and they are no any calling services where I can resolved my issue what should I do pls help for getting out of this situation. I’m demanding in getting my refund.
