I procured the 16 GB Toshiba pen drive through Paytm having 5 year warranty, the pendrive malfunction within one month As i complaint to paytm; they give me service center at surat address and Toshiba service center number , I contact and communicate with service center and service center number but the refuse me to service and told me: they only service the toshiba laptop. Now all issue i communicate to paytm , but thay not respond and respond as to divert issue.

I demand Replacement, service or refund any thing they provide.
