Pizza Hut Deficiency in Service

I had the misfortune to visit PizzaHut on Sunday 7th August at CineWonder Mall in Thane west. I had ordered the Giant Dinner for 2 as well as Quesadillas. – I had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to get a table. – After getting a table, there was no one to attend to us for atleast 10-15 minutes. – Also, my table was next to the waiting area and it was awkward to find people literally standing in front of my face. – The Quesadillas came with a very small serving of sauce, not sufficient for 2 people. – When the pizza arrived, there were no chilli flakes / oregano for seasoning on the table. – There no tissue box on the table, which was extremely small – The bill arrived with 10% service charge included and VAT charged on Bill+service charge which is absurd. So I am paying the service charge as well as the VAT 12.5% on the same service charge. Ridiculous – After asking the server about the pre-added service charge he replied that it was because we are ‘Pizza Hut’. Preposterous – Also, it took them nearly 10-15 minutes to get the bill and that is after I asked for it twice. No wonder there was no need to ring the bell at the exit because it was a horrible customer experience overall. Date: Sunday 7th August 2016 Table 14/1 Chk 8232
