in the month of december i and my friend had given my tab and his tab in company service centre of gorakhpur after complaining a lot and after 4 month of giving company sends the unrepaired (in the month month of march) tablet back in in this week i only call and ask in customer care they told me that my tablet is with them my friend went there and take his tablet he found that he was having the same problem for which he had given the tab . he wasted his full day and went in service centre 60KM. away from our house in order to get that tablet and the problem was nt solved .4 months r over and i mailed to them near about 10 time also call them nd spent my money nd time in doing that so.and did nt came to any conclusion.and relly now sir i am tired off sending them mail and talking with them i have complied lot and they hd given me time also and the time is over but they did nt provide me any satisfaction ….. once they call me nd told that to take my tablet from there customer care bt how can i take an unrepaired tablet and also the customer care is 60 km. away from my house. because 1. i chat to there company member and they r nt able to provide a single record regarding to my complain. 2 .i and my friend both submitted the tablet together he had taken the tablet and found that he was having the same problem for which he had given the tab. problem was touch screen didn’t work and now already he had filed a compalint in consumer forem. 3. there company memers r nt able to provide the record of my tablet i asked to them and they are saying that they did nt found my record in there company list my product description ORDER NO. –PENT00137169
