My samsung galaxy s2 handset is faulty which i bought in dec 2012. Its display goes black n it appears as if dead.NO effect of pressing any button. Now the only way to start it is by removing the battery and putting it back again. i have given it to the nearby samsung service center 6 times already and they haven’t been able to repair it. when i ask for replacement they just take the phone and format it and give it back in working condition but the problem persists.they have even changed the motherboard and declared it dead once but are reluctant to replace it.

Due to this irresponsible and casual behavior i have used my phone only for a few weeks hardly in a span of two months and rest of the time its with them.Every time they format it so all my data is lost and i have to take leaves and go there which has hindered my education and valuable time has been lost.
