i have order them a material on 28-02-2013 , order no 1610148 , they have told me that the goods are not in stock . then i have called them again on 5/3/2013 for the order confirmation they told i stock has just arrived and we have all the materials with us now we will dispatch the good today itself … but as i called them today 11/03/2013 asking about the order they told it will again take some more day… they are misguiding me on a regular basis.

i want the materials to be delivery to me as soon as possible .. and i want a compensation for the harassment they made to me.
