I was working as asst manager with UB Engineering Ltd, all at a sudden I was forced mentally to leave this organization since co representing that they are not in afinancial stage to continue hence I asked for leave. W/O any option of job & with family, next resulted with resignation. Even after that, Last 4 months I was continuously asking UB for my full & final settlement along with ACTUAL PF (EE+ER) CONFIRMATION with NOC/Exp certificate for my future carrier prospect since I have no job in hand. But no positive favorable response reached from their side except one email ob dated 14/12/12 confirming 11492 as F&f settled amount in place of 1 lakh +. Ref to PF (EE+ER) Amount, EPF NO -PU/PUN/11278/000/32986. The undersigned submitted 31445/Rs as EE amount (as per salary sheet) whereas it`s updated up to 31/03/12 by UBEL, as 25617/- only, balance – no confirmation reached from UBEL ref to several emails. Whereas ER amount updated by UBEL PF department as per EPF INDIA only 13021/- app. (From May 2010 to 31st, March 2012). The ACTUAL ER amount will be as per salary review sheet attached (basic 9720X12%=1166 p.mx14 months from July 2011 to Aug 2012 & similarly if estimated for the year 2010-11 on basic 9000×12%=1080×14 months from may 2010 to July 2011) I.e. it comes around Rs 31445/-, if I am not wrong, documentary, as per CTC. On the contrary I fail to understand how they have come with a figure of Rs 13021/-as PF (Employer, i.e, ER) amount. Regarding TOTAL PF & balance actual amount till dated it was avoided by respective UBEL, department & non- answered, all my points, emails. Finally I reported this to higher authorities of EPF INDIA & requested for an early solution & help since I am now running with tremendous financial pressure & honestly not in a stage to maintain. Day by day I am just dying.I left with only 2000/- rs app bank balance. How to maintain my family at this crisis w.o job in hand makes me under depression, even T had think once for suicide but looking after my daughter I just stand by on them, Pl help me sir
