I have made purchase order for Tablet (BSNL Penta Tablet WS702C With Calling) to TIMTARA online shopping vide order #10363734 dtd 05.12.2012. Till now the product is undelivered. The Status is showing ” Awaiting Shipment”. A complaint ticket was raised and I also called many times to TIMTARA customer care over telephone to 0135-3051500 & 0135-6670700.Every time they simply said the problem was escalated. They do not even initiate to refund money Rs.6,648 that was paid to TIMTARA through my credit card, even after my several requests. Utmost disregard over customer grievance is very much paining.
