Philips – Faulty Sound Device – Review

I purchased Philips 5.1 Home theater HTD5510 DVD Double Bass Sound Karaoke (HTD5510/94) system vide Serial no: KX1A1331503948 on 20/06/2014 from Croma Retail, Kondapur. After installation, I found that CD/DVD playback works fine; but HDMI (connected to TV or blue tooth connected devices) audio playback is not stable. It automatically gets low and high.
I filed 3 complaints: 1. Service Ticket no: 501694744567 On 16/08/2014. For this, the repair person reset the remote settings and without even checking the problem is resolved, he closed the case. 2. Service Ticket no: 501707424386 on 29/08/2014. This case was closed unanswered. No repair person came to resolve the issue. 3. Service Ticket no: 50-1712506695 on 04/09/2014. For this, One service person came to my home and observed that the Audio System volume automatically gets dropped only when HDMI cable is connected. He suspected the problem is with drivers and he will soon come with latest drivers to resolve the case. But its been more than 10 days, nobody turned up.
