I have purchased this LCD TV 32PFL3305 on Jan 2012. But from starting I have several problems like on switching on by remote, Suddenly starts on etc etc. After the Warranty expired the TV is completely dead and the service franchise came 2 times but informed that the board is defective and not available for replacement.Philips has sent a old repaired board and was chairing for new spare parts.I have not accepted and wanted to know whether Phillips sold me an obsolete product? Pat nearly one month Phillips has not shown any progress on this and they have deprived me watching FIFA2014 world Cup.Please help me sort out this issue.
The entire amount is a loss to me as philips has no support on this tv. Philips does not contact me even after 10 reminder mails to them.
