I have booked 2 Flats bearing no. 465 & 350 in Sanskriti Vihar (10th Avenue) in Gaur City-2, Gr. Noida(West) on 4th June, 2013 through Real Estate brokerage firm Netambit’s Salesperson Mr. Naveen Gupta (Mobile No. 9711162xxx). I was issued 2 Commission notes of amount Rs. 22031 and Rs. 15844 for booking of these 2 flats and I was assured that the payment of the amount written in these 2 Commission notes will be made by July-2013. I have been following-up since last july-2013 for payment of Commission Notes, but still there is no definite answer on question ‘When shall i receive the payment’ ? Every time I called on Customer Care no. 18001807676, there was a fixed answer for all my Quaeries that we shall check and confirm you by next week, but still I am awaiting to know ‘When shall i receive the payment’ ?.

I want the payment of the amount written in these 2 Commission notes of amount Rs. 22031 and Rs. 15844. Apart from this I want the compensation of Rs. 10000 for Mobile Call charges and mental stress caused by continuous following-up regarding payment since July-2013.
