I had ordered through online a Phillips DVD Player (DVP3858X/94) vide order no. I000029454 on dated 08/12/2012, as per the delivery policy of the company, the delivery period is within 14 days, but still 25 days passed, i have not received my product. Everyday i called the companys helpline number, they replied me the same always that you will receive your product after 2 days. But i have not received the same yet. Please resolve the issue.

I want my product immediately or refund my money with interest.
