I placed an order on 16th July 2012 via order no. 10289966( Lava ARC 9 Mobile Phone (Golden) ) & 10289964 ( Micromax Q80 Mobile Phone ) and paid amount of Rs. 4,149/- to online shopping portal timtara.com. This product was supposed to be delivered within 21 days but till today I have not received the said products.I have called up their useless customer care and raised several tickets (33708, 36410) but to no avail. Every time I call them they simply say that it will be delivered in 3 days, etc. now its been more than 5 months. Request your assistance and support to get my product delivered from these cheaters.

I had paid the money using credit card. Therefore i had to pay the interest for the products that were not delivered.

Request your assistance and support to either get my product delivered from these cheaters or refund my money with interest.
