I want to register a complained and feed back for one of the Product of Philips TV which I have purchased on 26 FEB 2013 from Super Electronics Pvt Ltd in Uttam nagar. I am completely dissatisfied with product performance and attitude of your team. Since Last week I have registered two complained (complained no PDEL0106140072). Your technical staffs visited us and haven’t put any efforts and declare that everything is ok. But every day we are finding this product us less for us. As some time it work well but most of time the screen is not complete reflect picture, the picture has half reflecting. I doing a complained so many times but there not any response in your company side .we are not excepting on this it’s very old and branded company but there product result is very poor. My TV has not working properly to reflect the full picture on the screen, within a year the result is very poor. I again feel pathetic service and product too. I would request you to please get it checked it properly otherwise change the TV. In Last one week I am completely FADE UP WITH PRODUCT PERFORM ANCE. It’s my humble request you all to resolve it
