I am User Of ING bank 2 days back a cheque of 10400 is credited to my account and I got the message of credit alert too. After that today when I was in emergency condition I was using my Debit card and it is showing insufficient fund. As had talk with bank the cheque was returned without any information or message. this is the worst situation I have ever faced. This is a cheating that without intimation they had transaction.

For this i had loss of my self respect and feel ashamed. also i got loss of for 1000 rs. I felt mental harassing and mental torture

I want compensation of 5000 as result of this behaviour of the reputed bank
