Home shop18 – Defective Item delivered – Review

I have ordered Logitech MK330 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse on 1st June 2014 with Order No – 946013675 and Sub Order No – 79582203. I recieved the product on 3rd June and the product was defective, hence I logged a complaint with Customer care over phone (Complaint No- 103397705 ) on 3rd Jun 2014. As per the promise made by Customer Care for receiving the response in 48 hours, it didn’t happen. Hence I logged tickets at HomeShop18 Online site with Order No – 103531007 on 7th Jun 2014 and 104376959 on 18th Jun 2014. Its now more than 20 days and had followed up with Customer Care almost more than 6 times, but still I haven’t get any proper response and resolution from HomeShop18. This is the worst ever case I met with any online shopping brands. Please help me out to get the defective piece replaced with the working set of device. Thanks. Vivek

I atleast need the defective device should be replaced by working device and along with the time which I wasted for keeping a trust on such a big brand.
