Collegisatestore – Quality of received T-shirts below promised

After a highly unprofessional and unethical behavior from Collegisatestore where essential details were not shared with us (your client). We were still hopeful that the final product we receive will be in place and all would be taken in good spirit. Instead of indulging in big and long talks in corporate ethics, I would straight away get to the point. We want full refund for the faulty product and the treatment and harassment we received at your hand. Please find the grounds for filing for refund: 1. Please read the trail mail – despite your T&C, this order was made only on the grounds that it would be delivered before 19th June 2014. One of the staff member had to distribute this to the volunteer batch, he was not able to take those t-shirts with him. Now this batch will not receive any t-shirts from us. This had a huge impact on our branding exercise- the loss in advertising and branding costs cannot be ignored here. 2. Smruti had communicated to me on the phone and Ankit you have also written in the mail trail that the product was dispatched on Saturday, Ankit you had written that it would be received by us on 16th June 2014. Then both of you informed us that it will be delivered on 18th June 2014. The bill date and dispatch date on the courier company reciept was 18th June 2014. How on earth you could make fraudulent promises of having it delivered on 19th June 2014. 3. We have clearly written and specified in the mail that there would be no compromise in logo color and design. The final product we have received has a huge colour difference, as you can see in the image attached in the mail. As written in the T&C of the contract, CollegiateStore was supposed to email us the pictures of the logo print on the cloth or pictures of first batch before the final production was approved and that was not send to us. We did not okay any design for the production and there are several emails from me to substantiate that I kept asking for it. 4. We decided to pay you Rs 250 per piece for the best quality t-shirt. The quality of the sample t-shirt was the quality we expected from the final product. The quality of the received t-shirts way below the promised and shown quality, it is apparently (clearly) visible in the attached pictures. The logo printed at the back of the t-shirt is clearly visible through the front size. It is almost see-through. 5. To add to the misery. We ordered 40 -medium, 40-Small and, 20- Large t-shirts. We have received only 39 small. 6. All the small size (S) t-shirts are bigger than the medium (M) size t-shirts. 7. The sample we received is also Medium size (M) and none of the the received t-shirts match the size. Infact they are all smaller in size. I do not think that I need to emphasize more as to why we should be given the refund. If the timely revert and refund is not meted to us we would be forced to take this issue to the consumer court. This is a clear case of fradulent promises, faulty product,
