In the last 24 hours I’ve tried several times to generate NetSafe Card which is a Virtual Card and is a one time usage for online shopping purpose. I’m getting the error The bank system is down at this time. Please try again after some time.
When I call HDFC Bank to report this matter, they refused to entertain the complaint and put the ball in the court of Online Support system. Thus I had to e-mail the entire issue to the customer service. When a Bank which has issued the highest Number of Credit Cards in India can’t have their systems up & running, what kind of customer service and care can we expect ?
