i have placed an order on 20 may 2015, on 23 may i have received a message from paytm that “Thanks for shopping with us!The seller Pigeonestore has confirmed that the following items from your order # 975664605 will be serviced by them”. from 24 may the site shows about my order ” invoiced and to be packed” but till now 31 may my order was not even shipped. paytm crosses the estimated delivery date and they do not support me after many conversation through emails.

i had made online payment of rupees 5488/- through my debit card. but after successful payment they tried to cheat me. if they cancelled my order what can i do. they uses my amount for more than 12 days.

1. immediate shipment and delivery of my order. or 2. please make a fine and suggest them not to cheat customers.
