Respected Sir/Mam, I Chetan Bhora from Chotisadri Rajasthan.It is here by to inform you that I am using Reliance GSM sim (7821879xxx, 9460608xxx) from last four to five months. But from the beaning i suffered to much deduction of money from my main balance and from my Net Packs. It is not a first time I am facing this from last three months i face this problem. Till today i lost my main balance of total amount approx 500 Rs and 3 to 4 times of my net packs was deducted. And customer care support can’t provided and when was it connected they said that we cant give you any kind of details and they can’t provide help. And I m not only facing this problem, so many of user facing this kind of problems. I hope this time i get favor by you. Regards Chetan Bohra
