We are brand consultancy firm running business in the name of Lucid Solutions having office in Borivali, Mumbai. We had hired services of above mentioned placement company for finding us Graphic Designers in our firm. At the start itself we paid Rs.3000 plus service tax and we were assured that they will find us minimum 2 Graphic designer as per requirement within 10 days itself. After 15 days of follow up not even a single cv was sent to us. Post 15 days of rigorous follow up they sent few resume’s that too not as per our requirement of what we had asked and which we duly informed them that they are not sending CV what we require. This went on till date and still we have not got any candidates as per our requirement. No one answer’s the call and nor they have basic courtesy of calling back also. Later I personally visited their office at mira road to make them understand the requirement and at that time they committed they would provide candidates as per my requirement within 7 days. Till now their 7 Days has not come and now they are not even picking my phone. I tried speaking to Ms. Anju Nair who is supposedly heading Plus Placement Services, she picked my phone the 1st day, after informing my problem to her she said she will get back to me by day end and after that call she never came on phone nor she called me back. I requested them to refund the money which they refused.

We want our service charges fully refunded and Rs.25000 as compensation for mental torture that we went through.
