Respected Sir/ Madam, With due respect I want to state that I am a Govt. Servant of Education Department of H.P. My PNB Account Number is 2655000100903XXX Branch Jaddu Kulziar . Once a day on 10th October 2018 I insert my PNB ATM Card (No.- 6070935002019676) in the H.P.State Co. Operative Bank ATM At Talai Distt. Bilaspur (H.P.) for withdrawl of Rs=15,000=00 . In first insert I received no money, 2nd try I received Rs=10,000=00.,also 3rd try I received Rs=5,000=00. I receive total withdrawl of Rs=15,000=00. But my PNB bank statement shows withdrawl of Rs=25,000=00 on this day and I receive no any transaction decline message on my phone number 9805XXX7228. I also resister the complaint to customer care at number 18001802222 with complaint number SR NO.M 132368673.& also SR NO.M 131895240 on dated 18/11/2018. But there is no satisfactory response from all & form either Banks ,PNB or H.P. State Co-Operative Bank Talai. .Help line number 18001802222 is also hacked by some cyber criminals. My confidential information is steeled and my Rs.=9990=00 deducted from my Account without my ATM Card on dated 20/10/2018. Sir you are requested to find out the actual fact and punish the faulted personalities and recover my lost money Rs=19990=00 . I am seeking a instant , great & valuable efforts from your side .
