Hi Sir/Mam, My Name Yahya khan my address is Village-Bamani, Tahsil-Kaman, Dist. Bharatpur, Rajasthan. I used my PNB Bank ATM card to withdraw Rs.5000/- at PNB ATM at Jurehara-321023 on 05/06/2014 But cash was not receive. money was debited on 05/06/2014 . I have registered complaint to PNB bank customer care but amount Rs.5000 which was debited on 05/06/2014 is not yet credited. when i am calling again to customer care they said your cash was debit successful but i not received any cash so can you do something for me because when we are going to meet with bank manager for cctv footage he did not provide us i am very upset with bank manager can you tell him to provide cctv for our satisfactions I request you to kindly recheck and arrange us cctv footage and drope back our Rs.5000/- in my account ASAP.
