We bought a shop (Shop No 31) in shopping center of Supertech Meerut Sports City Meerut (UP) one year back and has already paid more than half the total amount, but till now we have not received Agreement document for the same. They sent me the document once, but that got lost by courier company. Now, they are changing the building plan without taking anyone consent. My Father has been trying to follow up on this every few days but every time he is told that it will come in some time. I dont think this is going anywhere now, so kindly help us on this anyhow. Please help me know why this is taking so much time and why we have not received Agreement document till now. Since we dont have agreement till now I fear will will might loose all the money Rs 1500000 paid to Supertech Limited.
