Dear Sir/Mam, This was the first time we planned for Home Loan and as normal consumer we tend to go towards Govt. bank knowing that its better, We contacted PNB Housing Financial and Mr.Aman contacted and came to our home he discussed everything and I told him that i am self employed and he checked that my bank statement is also good and moreover you can attach your fathers documents who is Gazeted Office in Defense Ordnance Factory), he said that you will get loan upto 22 to 25 lac, I said I only want 22 lac. he said we will do it on your strong bank record basis, the day was Thursday, he said even though you submit entire documents first then he will tell positively on coming Tuesday, we said we have to Byana or Advance payment, he said please wait for Tuesday after which he will give confirmation and you can do Byana/Advance payment. Tuesday we checked with him he said please go ahead with this you will 100% get the 22 lac from us, on Wednesday we paid 5 lac to the builder and got the documents and submitted for our filing to Aman for filing and loan processing. Few days back Aman called me that “Sir we cannot give you 22 lac we can only give you 18 lac and we have to wait for some more time for approval of same” I said that you committed us otherwise would not have given advance payment. Now we are stucked,we don’t have 4 lac arranged to give it to the builder as we were relying on the Bank. But they cheated us very badly and also not picking our calls and said that we will only give you loan at 11.25% (earlier he committed the current rate of 10.25%) I said we will complaint and will change the bank, he said you can do whatever you want to and nobody will give you loan. IS this the way a middle class person would be treated by nationalized bank, all my question is why you give false commitment and make a middle class person in trouble on this occasion where our 5 lac is in danger as if don’t give them 22 lac more (27 lac is the property amount) builder will forfeit this amount. Request you to please take some serious action asap so that we can get our 5 lac and flat saved. Thank You, Regards Vineet Mishra

We want 22 lac loan and at 10.25% which they committed in 6 days time or if they cannot do this at all we want our processing fees back, all our documents and want that serious action should be taken against these officials so that they cannot cheat anybody in future.
