Dear Sir, I am having a Saving Account Number 2159001500066584 in my name i.e. Atul Kumar in PNB, Sports Complex Branch, Meerut. On a very fruitful day, the Friday, 15th of March, when I visited Bank to update my passbook, I was shocked to see numbers of 101 deduction entries from my account and account balance almost zero (Rs.7.78/=) on 12th Feb’ 2013. 61 entries out of deduction shows as POSP/10001001/2341……………/512, it clearly shows that the transaction done from the same location/shop. I lodge a complaint PNB Branch on 16-03-2013 towards unauthorized/illegal 101 deduction from my account amounting to 46,406.22/= during the period of 6th Dec’ 2012 to 12th February 2013 from my a/c. I just want to draw your kind attention that my debit card was with me only during the whole period and know body had utilized my card; I never ever used the facility of Internet banking.I didn’t received any SMS on my Mobile No. of big amount tranctions i.e 10000/- & 11600/-. I call many times(23 Times) PNB, Saket Circle Officer Shri Madan Lal (CO) but he neither comes over the telephone nor reply of my mails Dt. 30-08-2013, Dt. 17-04-3013, Dt. 23-03-2013 & 18-03-2013, I have not received any satisfactory answer from their side till date. I would be grateful if you could kindly look into these “freak” incidents!! and take action on the following:- (i) Provide Merchant address & Beneficiary location and phone number (for all entries) (ii) Police complain by the Bank in this regard to find out the culprit (iii) Restore the balance in my account The PNB bank is a reputed bank, but if the customers are hoodwinked and illegal transaction, their faith in your banking system will become zero and it amounts to misuse of debit card facility. Therefore, I request you to kindly take necessary action at the earliest, to resolve these enrties immediately, & restore the funds into my account.
