I got a call from sri ram finance CP branch as he told me Sonu Mishra / Rakesh Malhotra / Nihalika / Saniya and they have stated me that they are associated with PNM services and asked for loan approval from sri ram finance . i have also paid Rs 20,000 cheque (ch.no. 664746 dated 17.08.2014 HDFC Bank) for the same process and my cheque credited in PNM service account. Now after all this they now they started asking for loan dispatcher an ECS code for approval of file processing and they asked me for deposit again 25000 in PNM account in ICICI for generating fund transfer code. First of all I have nothing except a receipt or receiving from PNM which i have enclosed as attachment. Further, i have signed a document for a package, but the Sonu Mishra / Rakesh Malhotra / Nihalika / Saniya and another person forced me to sign the package document. And on this package i gave you 2L loan amount. They also told me that when any call you from PNM you only say yes. That’s why i am in problem. I gave him all document like aadhar card, pan card, bank statement and INR 20000 cheque of (ch.no. 664746 dated 17.08.2014) HDFC bank. After the clearance of Rs. 20000 they again starting for INR 25000 deposit in ICICI bank in the name of PNM services. Which is doubt full for me. After this i requested him for cancel my application whatever i have applied. But he misleading me after that. I also personally meet Bakshish Kaur (011-43575xxx) in Customer Care, PNM, Services. At first meeting she told me that se refund my money within 45-60 days but now she start ignoring my calls and threat me that she never commit me for refund. The name and numbers are: Rakesh Malhotra / Sonu Mishra: 918285603xxx Nihalika / saniya: 919210778xx 91116599xx (They say call on recording on this number) 91989152xxx I am not sure but Sarfaraj Khan or Anil Kumar was came to me on 17.08.2014 for collecting the documents and cheque. Cancel my application and refund my deposited money.
