Idea – Internet benefit wrong information

i had got recharge of Rs. 124 for internet pack on 3rd September,2014 on which i was supposed to get 525 mb for 28 days, but i got 625 mb for 18 days. i called customer care at about 9:30 pm by dialing 198 and my call was transferred to Mr. Nail Singh(Sr. Executive) who gave me assurance that its by mistake such message was sent to u, you need not to worry for it, you will be given benefit for 28 days and soon message will be sent on your phone. but i did not get any message regarding same till 17 sept. so i called again on 17 sept. around 8:30 pm that i was assured for benefit for 28 days but haven’t received any message, so Mr. Vikrant(sr. executive) informed me that policy has changed on 3 sept., 2014 that now on recharge of Rs. 124 you will be provided with benefit of 625 mb for 18 days only. I requested him to file a complaint regarding wrong information that was provided to me by your executives on 3 sept., he refused to file the complaint. That day i also interacted with Mr. Amit, whom Vikrant told that he was his senior. after the conversation of about 45 mints. he agreed to file the complaint and also gave me the complaint no. 1-47919473955. Next day i.e 18th sept. i received the call from Mr. Jasbir from back end office to resolve the complaint. I told him very clearly that i want the benefit that was assured to me on 3 sept. i.e internet benefit for 28 days or you get my recharge done from Mr. Nail Singh who gave me wrong information. Mr. Jasbir rigidly refused for both these things, instead gave me a special offer that you get recharge of Rs. 29 and you will be given 250 mb for 28 days. Initially i was refusing that after so much customer harassment why should i pay? but later on i agreed. He said ok mam i am marking your number, before you get it recharge, do inform me. And i also discussed with him that i was getting personal messages for customer executives on watsapp which was illegal, i had blocked two of them. and since that day, i am trying to contact Mr. Jasbir, but he is not receiving my calls. I again called to customer care on 20 sept. at around about 8.00 pm because Mr. Jasbir was rigid on that on 3rd sept. you called customer care after you recharged, you should have called before recharging everytime, i discussed in detail with the junior executive wasting 15 minutes, then he forwarded my call to Mr. Sanjeev (Sr. Executive) whom again spending 15 mints. i discussed my case, he was irritated and was not transferring my call to his senior and he disconnected the call. i again called customer care, but my call was not taken by anyone. So forcefully i had to do paid call to customer care executive (12345) for about 46 mints. again after explaining my case to Junior Executive wasting my 20 minutes, he transferred my call to Mr. Rishu (Sr. Executive) whom again i had to explain my case wasting 15 minutes, he transferred my call to Mr. Avinash (R.T.M) whom i re-explained my case spending 20 minutes, i discussed every detail

Rs. 2 Lakh for Mental Torture, Customer harassment, being Provided Wrong information by Customer care executive(Mr. Nail Singh, Sr. Executive), Customer Executives sending personal Message on watsapp which is not legally allowed, Policy not being regulated to customers, dealers, Customer care executives nor in idea office. & wastage of so much of my time including my prestigious office hours and family hours in the evening, also complaint closed without giving any benefit of special offer that was assured to be paid. And also i had to do paid call to customer care as my call was disconnected by Mr. Sanjeev(Sr. Executive)
