Yepme.com – Damaged shoe sold – Review

I ordered Two pair of Shoes on 29th Aug 2014 in Yepme.com through online Payment and got the products on 1st september in which one pair of the shoe is Damaged. Immediately i called to customer care number and mailed to Yepme and filed a complaint about the Damaged piece and asked for the replacement and in response they promised to replace in 4-5 working days. After 4-5 working days i called again and again for 6 times and every time the response was same(4-5 days)…Complaint # 1001287,150164,1031132

I want the Damaged Product to be replaced by Other Selected Model of same price from the Company
