Paulo Travels – RedBus – Did not pick passenger

I had booked a Paulo Travels Bus bus through RedBus website from Hubli to Bangalore, which is scheduled to departure from Hubli at 00.45am. Following are ticket details: Boarding: Hubli Destination: Bangalore Passenger Name: Vijeth Seat No: 29 Amount Paid: INR800 PNR No: 17082014/00000051/1896112 Ticket No: TG9D23726694 DOJ: Sunday, August 17,2014 Type: Multi Axle Volvo Sleeper I was waiting for the bus at defined boarding point and I was not picked by Paulo bus guys. Whole day I did not get any call/intimation about the bus. Both my money and time is wasted. when I contacted their team, they transfer the issue to Redbus. RedBus people are transferring the blame to Pauolo travels. I need a justice against these and need my money back.

I need my money of Rs 1000 back.(RS 800 which I paid for the Paulo Travels + Rs 200 which I paid to the auto). I am asking only the money spent on these stuffs. I am negotiating the loss due to the mental and physical strain on a goodwill.
