I had a car accident in April 2014 this year and had the insurance policy with national insurance policy number 42190031136165002467. I have claimed against the policy in June 10 2014. now its more than 3 months , when i contact to the official they are saying that they are busy with their daughter’s admission so report has not been send. some time the call “tumhe jo karna hai kar lo ” (do whatever you want to do..we will work in the current way ) Please look in to the matter.

I want to impose such disciplinary action that not any costumer troubled by this way in future.
