Vodafone – Change Bill Plan without information

Vodaphone have change my Bill Plan in 5th of august 2014 without any information provided. Due to that my bill has been increased. Customer care persons do not want to file my complain.

Mental and economical harassment.

Any type of punishment so that they should not do it in future. Compensation of my bill and rs. 100000 monitory punishment.
