I am a strong follower of Jain religion and such a pure vegetarian since my birth. Today I had my lunch in Ponchos Restaurant, Ground Floor, India Bulls Finance Centre , Elphinstone Road , Mumbai – 400013. I placed an order for Dal Makhni Box with Lacha Paratha. The restaurant staff served my order after few minutes and they confirmed my order verbally. After having a mouth full of my delivered food, I came to know that I am served with Non vegetarian food item ( Chicken ). I got it confirmed from my colleague also. I have raised my complaint with the restaurant staffs & customer service agent Mr.Tarun. However the restaurant seems to have taken this issue as a very normal and routine one.

This damage is not recoverable. But I am looking for compensation so that this would not happen again.
