I had purchased a Bata Power shoe on September 25, 2015 from a Bata showroom in Main Market, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The stitching on top of the shoe got torn, a week after wearing the shoe. When I took the shoe to the showroom, the proprietor refused to do anything about it and said that I should send a mail to Bata directly. At the time of purchase, he had told me that there is a warranty of 3 months on the shoe. His uncooperative attitude has forced me to write this mail. Pl do the needful in this regard.
