Dear sir/ madam, I am purchased a Bata men sandals 8744252 black 15 days ago. top layer of the slipper is detached. gum also removed, so what is the solution for this problem ? i want to complaint about this problem. Plz inform me where i should give complaint ?

I have purchased a pair of bata chappal from a bata store situated at Lajpat Nagar Kanpur . product no. is 871-2101.size 9 no. and price was 349/=. The black colour & design faded in just one month.looks horrible. Kindly do need full. thanks
