Hi,
Not yet Refunded of my order & Received my Order (or) Cancelled has they informed to me through call.

I Have order an mobile on ” Whaaky .com” & details are mentioned below:
My Order Details are mentioned below:-

Amount Paid : Rs.1299/- (Payment done through Citrus Pay as automatic assessed by your website -Refer attachment)
Ordered on: 25.01.2016 – 11.30 A.M

But no response from whaaky after amount has been credited.
So i complained through email to you all (Refer Trailing Email),

After that complaint raised, within 10 mins., a person called me from this phone no: 8826582293, & said he his from Samsung co ltd – whaaky.com team (electronics division) to refund the amount & will be cancel my order.

This person said will refund my amount for order against me & mentioned below in detail what told me to do:

1. He asked me any one of this bank account i had or not? (ICICI, SBI, Axis & BOI) = Informed No
2. Atleast any one of my friend had or not? = Informed yes (ICICI)
3. Then Share the account details to refund ( acc. no, ifsc code, name & branch) = I shared (Refer trailing email)
4. After sharing, he called me & said to “Add account of samsung refund team”
in my friend online account to confirm that is original & live or not = I added his account.

5. Then after 30mins, he said to go online transaction by “IMPS”
on account column put 14347.63 and this won’t be debited,
It is only generates I.D No to them by that I.D no,
they will refund my order amount it-seems. = I said how to believe it, so for confirmation i put 100 & send, money has been debited.
simultaneously i called & refer to axis bank customer care, informed that
“NO I.D will be generated from IMPS either Axis Bank / ICICI Bank” at-all.
6. He said again it wont debit , only I.D will generated. = I asked him for 100 it debited from account but 14347.63 won’t debit instead generate I.D.
How can i believe / trust it? How i will cross check in-case debited from account.
” He replied me, follow my instruction & do or else GO TO HELL”
This is too worst behaviour from Whaaky.com team.

Still now No Response, No status of my order, Not Refund my amount, Not cancelled my order…
From Whaaky.com customer care no – not picking up the call & no response in-case picked up.

Kindly, refund my amount through cheque or Demand draft in my name Elamparuthi.M…
I think this is a good way to proceed further.
