Poor Service by Coolpad – Consumer Review

I have given my Coolpad coolplay 6 phone for repair due to the display issue on 28/11/2017 and its been more than 3 month that they have not repaired or returned to me stating the reason that the part is not available with Coolpad. I am completely losing my mind over Coolpad as its customer support executives have also not helped me. One of the Customer Support executives spoke arrogantly to me. I need a refund or the replacement from Coolpad. Mostly the refund. My job number is MEASPHR010J0010 Product Name is Coolpad cool play6 Date of submitting the phone at Coolpad Service center is 28/11/2017 I have buy this phone and within 2 months i have started facing problem in this phone and However Coolpad does not seems to be interested to solve my problem and none of the company executives are helping me out with this issue. As a result I have got depressed about that and seriously thinking about dragging Coolpad to the consumer court. Mostly I want my money (Rs.14999) back or the replacement of the product. I want a serious action to be taken against the Coolpad so that it does not provide the poor service to the customers.
