I would like to inform you that, on 22nd Nov 2017, I have ATM withdrawn Rs. 3000/ from SBI ATM at Haldia Refinery. But on 24th Nov 2017, again Rs. 3000/ debited from my account, with reference of 22nd Nov 2017’s transaction.
I have not withdrawn any amount from ATM on 24th Nov 2017, and never share my password or A/C details with third person. As I have not withdrawn any amount from my A/C on 24th Nov 2017, so I think it is a fraud/ false transaction.
So, my kind request to check the details of my account and take action to refund the same.

I have attached details of my A/C for your kind reference. I have also tried to complaint to SBI CC no 1800112211 and 18004253800, but CC Executives are not ready to accept any complaint regarding such transaction. I have also tried online, but they replied ‘your complaint can’t be registered due to incorrect details.’
Please check the details and revert me if any more information you required regarding the issue.
I have already bad experience about your Customer Care service.
Hope that you will resolve my problem, otherwise I have to forced to close my A/C at SBI, as it is a matter of safety.
