Hello sir I have purchased Samsung Power bank for mobile device from Portamart online shopping site, the first thing which is not common was they don’t have cash on delivery option on their payment gataway, so i had to pay them directly using PayU Money site (the site asks to pay from this) my amount was deducted but i didn’t got any confirmation mail about my product & also any follow up from them. even i mailed them about this issue but in reply they jst said that one of our representative will call you shortly, now its already 4-6 days but i didn’t got any call from them. Please take any strict action against such type of fake sites, which attracts customers by showing good & cheap items & then makes money fraud with customers. and also try to make them refund me my amount.

I just want assurity of product delivery within this week or full refund of my amount immediately
