Respected sir, I worked as a LDC in GREF(BRO)at the time of enrollment i had opened two PLI Policies bearing No.APS-1045916-M & APS-1088248-M. I was given discharge to my service from 10 May 2013, hence i want to transfer my policies to my nearest post office i.e Nandyal Head post office, i have given an request application to Addl Dte Gen of APS, on 13 may 2013 at 651 FPO, c/o 56 APO,and same application was forwarded to Addl Dte Gen of APS, vide the 651 FPO letter No.651/PLI-Corr/FPO dated 13 May 2013.After discharge i was several times telephonic ally requested with 651 FPO for the transfer. At last i appealed through RTI Act pl intimate what is the reason for the delaying to transfer my policies, vide the registration no.POSTS/R/2014/63410 dated 18 Dec 2014, but until today there is no information from the side of postal department. Hence i want to file an complaint in consumer forum.
From my side i was given application for transferring policies, i wish to continue my policies without lapse. But by the negligence of postal department until to day policies are not transferred, if department transferred after this complaint i am unable to all the premiums at a time hence i request on behalf of consumer court paid all the premiums until today, and i will paid the premiums from which month the dept transferred.
